'87 944 Radio Wiring Diagram
Ok, I have the 944 set of manuals and I'm looking at the Wiring Diagram Type 944, 944turbo, 944S Model 88 page 13 Radio Coordinates 81-90 and there are three options (diagrams):
1. Radio with 4 Final Stages and Equalizer
2. Radio with 4 Final Stages
3. Radio Berlin IQR 86 with HiFi Speakers
So it appears that the PO had an aftermarket firm do an install and they butcherd the wiring.
I don't think my car has the Equalizer option cause I dont see one, but it may have the amplifier (3) option.
How can I tell?
Im getting ready to buy an amp for the car but if one exists I need to find it. Dont need 2 amps.
