Default DC area head shop?

Anyone here have a machine shop/tuner they'd recommend for basic head work in the DC area? Nothing fancy, just a refresh seals/guides/clean/etc. There used to be a performance shop right down the road I was going to use, but they're goine now. I'd prefer to keep it on the VA side of things, but I'll drive out to MD for a good deal.

Thanks

There's a little shop in Leesburg, VA that I used recently to do the flywheel in mine. $45 and they had it ready to go the next day. Work was done well. I can find the name if you want that one.

There's a place called J&F off 4 Mile Run in Alexandria. Friend of mine that's a top notch mechanic uses them. He's built out some nice machines.

If you have to cross the river, some other Audi guys have been happy with a place called Rockville Ring & Bearing Service.
