Martin Sports car club is having an AutoX on july 8th(sat) .i am going to pencil that into my schedule. i haven't been to an X since 77, should be interesting.

I am game. I could probably even help out with coordinating. I have been in Dayton Ohio for 3 weeks so I have not been checking the boards, or I would have replied earlier.
We are in Deland currently, and just signed papers on a house in Sanford. My family lives anywhere from Oviedo, to Windermere to Lake county, so all/most areas are decent. I have been involved in many car clubs and ran a couple, so I am definately up for it. It will give me a reason to actually take the car out of the garage once in a while. I absolutely want to get together with others in the area. And YES, I am up for some drinking. In fact I am partaking in some right now.

Hey guys just to let you know since you're talking about getting together with fellow 944 owners you could all meet at the Gainesville Raceway's Test and Tune for the ROAD COURSE on July 15th. I made a seperate thread for it for info on the rennlist site.

your welcome to hang out with with another group I meet with, the Orlando Roadsters. Mostly Miata, but since my p-car is my daily driver I ususally show up in that. Next one is Monday 7p WingHouse on 436 near University.

also, a once a month informal meeting would be cool. what about a Saturday wrench day? we could rotate among owners,and tinker ,b/s ,or whatever! or just do the diner ,thing .

Monday is not looking good. I am on call this week, so I will probably be working late. I also dont have a Porsche roadster. I guess I could take the BMW. The top is stuck up right now, but that is just temporary.
If I am available I may try to make it. Might be driving the company car though. So I can leave right from there if I get a call.

well if we can ever get our stuff together and have a get-to-gether, we have to make sure KAbel doesn't show up with his Miata. i met him at the Martin Sports Car Club Auto X . let me say, i had a great time,
