I'm looking for an exterior door handle with a lock cylinder in good condition...

better yet ...

a lock cylinder in good condition...

are the lock cylinders of a 1982 924...the same for a 86 951?

No they are not. 86 is longer. Sometimes it better to upgrade to the later style handles if you have an early car.
