Default Best heat shielding for EBC valve?

I want to mount my new Profec type S EBC solenoid where the original cycling valve was, but I don't know if it can stand up to the heat. I was thinking about putting it in a small electronics box, wrapped in some sort of heat shied (on the inside) and mounting the box with grommets so it is isolated from vibration.

Any ideas or wisdom from experience doing it?

I'd try to mount it near the cruise control motor or somewhere other than under the manifold. That's pretty close to the turbo, and would subject it to a ton of heat. Do you just want to mount it there to clean up the engine bay?

Yes, I'm trying to keep it as stock (looking) as I can. If a 17 year old cycling valve can take the heat, it seems to me that a properly designed modern valve would be okay.
