Well, I finally got my Gemballa steering wheel and shifter. The steering wheel is suede with leather as is the shifter with a half aluminium and suede **** and leather boot.
Also, the entire Jager dash and door kit in piano black. Forgive my crappy digital camera pics, they don't do it justice. Looks like a damn new car.
Only thing I'm wondering is if I should put in my brand new still in the box 1991 floor mats. black with red lettering but I'm so paranoid about them.
Any way, I'm finally happy about the interior and I think my conversion is FINALLY complete.
Notice the fit and finish of the Jager kit in the pic with the revised ashtray space which is now my XM radio controller spot.
Notice the stupid digital clock is deleted!
Enjoy

Seats are Konig. Worth every penny.
Sorry for the duplicate pics. Think I should put the new floor mats in? I'm afraid to take them out of the box.
Anyway, the suede steering wheel and shifter are so comfortable and its nice to have new factory items in there.

Fill me in on your door panels please? 968? Where did you get the speaker panels and what speakers are those.
I also like how the Jager trim ties into the door by going all the way down. Looks 100% better. I'm going to have to look into that when change my dash out/stereo out.

Beautiful. I was looking at their 928 stuff a while back. Good to see he has moved over to the the 944 side of things also. Any higher quality pics. I'd also like to know about the door panels/speakers and the dash lights. I am wanting a cab more and more every day. Congrats on the great upgrade.
Cheers, Josh

Thanks guys here is a list of the modifications
1. Gemballa refinished 964 airbag wheel and 944 shifter and boot with suede and aluminium ****. Done by Gemballa North America.
2. Jager 944 interior trim kit in piano black, not carbon fiber. Its basically deep black with a really nice epoxy coating. Totally worth the money and adds so much to the dull interior without being tacky at all. You must and I can't say this enough YOU MUST REMOVE THE TRIM PIECES OR YOU WILL NOT BE SUCCESSFUL PUTTING THIS KIT IN. I took about 5 hours slowly warming up the pieces and very slowly applying them, so take your time and take everything off.
3. Speedhut backlit gauges. I got them with black face and white numbers. 180mph speed and it lights up is a really nice whitish blue. Very clear and tons better than any of the kits used to resurface the old mirrors. Just make sure if you get them you delete the stupid Speedhut logo for $10. It takes about 8 hours of very careful work to get this done.
4. Factory 968 door panels with Memphis seperates and tweeters run to Altec Lansing 4 channel amp. Rears are infinity
5. Ashtray replaced with XM radio and custom backing plate
6. Prestige Parts aluminium racing pedals
7. Jager aluminium trim rings for gauges
8. Not installed brand new factory floor mats in black with red lettering. I don't think I'm going to install them just keep them in the box.
9. Konig K-5000 sport seats. These seats are hugely supportive yet extremely confortable and have full adjustment.
Its taken me about 5 years to get the car to where it is now. Lots of hunting for parts and knick knacks here and there. I'm pretty sure I'm finally done with the interior and the exterior.
Next project................................SUPERCHARGER [face_devil]
edit:Yes, my 1999 Fuji 640x480 digital camera needs replacing. LOL
