the IFC ones i have do not have any rubber like the red car, and again, mine are made seemless to the body.

the look i was going for, was that a "normal" non-porsche fanatic couldnt tell something was "added on" however an enthusiast would automatically see a visual difference.

I also added the IFC rear valance... for anyone interested in something for the rear, go with the STOCK 951 REAR valance. its bi-sectional and mounts a HELL of a lot easier, and LOOKS WAY better.

I am speaking from experience, that rear peice (IMHO) is a peice of garbage.

i had the factory black ones, that run from under the rocker panel to the front wheel wheel, tapering down toward the rear wheel well.

they looked nice but couldn't get the vehicle on a lift with the jacking points inboard of the front and rear wheel and couldn't get a floorjack under them.

Ahhh yes the lift/floorjack situation. Thanks for bringing that up.
Seriously consider this when going with anything not stock.

It's up to you. If you find yourself going back to the garage 4 times a night, just to admire the car, you made the right choice.

Thanks Guys, for all the input....
I think i will go with it.
The IFC skirt looks great, but i feel the Boxed type is more period correct.
Will start looking for a set now...

i just had mine painted and got em from a guy in England. I'll be installing hopefully tomorrow. The shirts will hide all the bumps from idiots ramming jacks underneath the car without checking for clearance. I think the side look way better than seeing gapping dents left from floor jacks.

I'm pretty much a purist but I like the looks of the IFC flush molded. My only concern would be if I lived in the rust belt... The seems of both the IFC and other would a great place for salt storage.

Anyone have any pictures of those on a cab??
