Default Question about 1989 951S suspension

I have a 1988 944 na that I purchased a 1989' 951s M030 suspension which included adjustable coilover front suspension with Koni adjustable shocks for fronts and rears. Also came with the 26.8mm front swaybar and 16mm rear swaybar. I decided to upgrade to the 18mm rear bar to compensate for my softer torsion bars compared to the 951s.

My question is if I wanted to change the front springs on my car to something like 350 pound springs so I can match the rear torsion bars when I change them out to 30mm rear torsions, does anyone make those front springs?

If not, would it be to my best interest to sell the upgraded 951s suspension and just go with the Spec944 race suspension from Paragon if my intentions are to eventually race in the Spec944 class?

Please advise. Thanks.

My 944 is currently running on 951S front struts with a pair of those elusive 180-410# Turbo Cup progressive springs. They are very rare and hard to come by, but fits w/o modifications. I'm going to match them to 30mm t-bars when I get around to it.....

Paragon sells a coil-over kit for the 951S struts, which basically replaces the adjustable perch and the hat to fit standard 2.5" springs -- but retains the original threading. It's basically their standard ARHK w/o the red threaded part. http://www.paragon-products.com/prod...4arhk-m030.htm . I actually have an unused set (but with only 250# springs) sitting in Berkeley if you want to check it out - I'd also consider selling them b/c I don't think I'll actually end up using them...

If you want to race 944 spec, just by parts that you will use for the race car. It is much cheaper than buying other parts here and there and then trying to sell stuff off.

Note to be spec legal you need to go back to 88 struts and cannot use the Turbo S parts. Same for hubs & spindles if those happen to be Turbo S parts. You can of course use the Turbo S sways on a 944 spec car and be legal.
