Default Interior questions

Put in some new door panels. I attached a pic. I also have a center console that matches the creme color. Questions are, how do I remove the center console? I found the two screws under the dash. But can't figure out the rest.

When I installed the drivers side panel the lock doesn't go down all the way. I can push down on it, shut the door, pull on the handle like I am going to open it, and then it locks all the way down. What have I done?

The passenger side power window thing is messed up. The holes where the screws go to hold it in the panel are tearing. Is there anything I can do about that? I still have the two clips. But the don't stay in place. Thanks for any ideas or help.

Center console removal takes a LOT of work.

pull ash tray out there are 2 screws underneath it. two screws in the arm rest at the rear. Pull the cubby out there are two screws under it. take the arm rest off and there are two screws under it. two screws on the outside of the console, accessed from each side of the console. take the plastic surround from around the shift lever. Take the radio out. once all of those screws are out and the surround is loose slide the console towards the rear of the car and carefully pull it off of the shift lever. If you left the shift boot on the shift lever you can turn the surround 90 degrees and it will slide through the hole in the console. Whala it is out. As in the true spirit of Haynes manuals everywhere, installation is the reverse of removal. I am doing this from memory but if memory serves me correctly that should do it...

I looked in my Haynes and on Clarks webpage and couldn't find it anywhere. I found the screws under the dash in the front. And two under the ash tray. but I couldn't figure out the rest.
