Default 951 > 968 conversion

I remember seeing an article about converting the exterir of a 944/951 to a 968. I have a complete 968 minus the engine and a 951 in great running order that needs some bodywork. I saw the conversion to a 968 rear in the forums but the front clip from the windshield forward I can't seem to find any information. If anyone attemted this any info would be appreciated . Thanks

Drop the 951 engine and tranny into the 968. Easier then refitting the 968 body onto the 951 frame.

Unless you are in CA where the legislators are smoking crack. The engine must be the same year or newer than the chassis. I hope NY is not that stringent.
