Default Slight but noticeable "bog" when engine is warmed up

Over the past few weeks, I've noticed the car is idling a bit rougher, and as it warms up, I get a slight but noticeable hesitation when I blip the throttle. It almost seems like a timing issue, although going through various tech articles I've not seen anything leaping out at me about how ignition timing is handled in the S motor.

One other factor which might be playing into this, as it's developed at the same time... it sounds as though the flange gasket between the header and downpipe might be gone, as the exhaust has a distinct "hiss" to it coming from that general area underneath the hood. I know these cars are quite sensitive to vacuum changes, etc... is any of this sounding familiar to anyone?

My apologies if this sounds somewhat basic, and thanks in advance for any assistance!

I am a believer that a new Fuel Pressure Regulator solves all engine ills......

I think I may be having the same problem. Please Update if you find the source.
