Default Brake pad question

I'm in need of brake pads, and was wondering what everybody's opinions were as to what would be best.

Usage:
- ~10 Auto-X event a year
- 1-2 track events a year
- ~10,000 street miles a year

Priorities (in order):
- Friction (warm and cold)
- Feel
- Fade resistance
- Wear resistance (I'd like pads to last at least 2 years)
- Rotor friendly (I'd like the rotors to last ~5 years)
- Noise & Dist (not really concerns)

Price:
< $100/axle

I was looking around and am having trouble finding anything between a 'OE-like street' pad and a full-on 'race only' pad. I did find Specialized Brakes offers a pad which seemed to be what I wanted (GS5) for the N/A, but after placing my order I was informed by the factory that they won't be able to produce it due to a tooling issue.
