and happiness is...
going for a ride w your son, him in the '87 na and me in the '89 S2. especially after a little driveway time and everything is running good!

2 new O2 sensors and 2 new thermo-fan switches, a few other little bits and pieces. the O2 sensor was a PITA in the '87 and a piece of cake on the '89, came right out, maybe th e'89 had been changed before! having a little trouble with both sunroofs, i just can't get the microswitches adjusted and get everything working. it would've been nice to go topless but i'll have to keep at it. happy motoring all!
