New fuel pump and still no dice
#16
Ok I just went through some intermittent problems and then she died with no restart. It ended up being my refrerence sensor. I checked it per clarks garage and the resistance was within spec but when I replaced them she fired right up and so far this week has been trouble free. If the tach is not jumping when you turn the car over if most likely is the reference sensors... Good luck!

The method I used to check for spark without getting zapped was to ask my ignorant son to see if the spark plug wires were tight. Then I cranked it over. I did this on three different occasions before he smartened up. Now I use my neighbors idiot son.

Check the fuel pump FUSE............ It may be good and not seated in the fuse carriage.... trust me I know!!! on both cars of mine and you see what I have this problem happened and after changing this checking that it would work for a while and then, just out of madness I removed the fuse and duh there was a crust where it touches the holder........ weird!
