Default Has anyone ever seen orange motor mounts?

I am in the process of doing my motor mounts and the old ones are orange abd black rubber that is pretty cracked up. Are these aftermarket?

When I changed mine, one was green, one orange. :dunno:

I just changed mine this week. The ones I took out were (I'm assuming) the original mounts. The bottom 3/4 inch or so is orange, the upper portion is black.

I have orange on mine. No idea how they got there or the significance thereof.

Methinks that the orange stripe denotes an original Porshce turbo motor mount. These are an "updated" version over the NA. When Porsche (Vasek Polack, Hermosa Beach) installed these into early cars they bent the belly pan to vent air directly at the passenger mount since heat was breaking them down. Methinks.
