I got a really nice crossmember and a steering rack for $50, great deal there. Also got a castor block cross brace from RS Barn - pretty nice peice...got a Porsche hoodie as well (nice!). Oh yeah and a great Lexan hatch, but I had to drive to Jersey in the Sunday morning Monsoon to get it - worth it! (Thanks Jason).

Travis don't forget us VA guys! We had at least three VA 944 guys at the banquet - myself, Eric D, and Rock. Thanks again for putting it together, I'll be calling about that power steering rebuild kit.

Well, I am bummed, I haven't seen a single pic of my car!! That was the whole reason for sending it up there! Eric where are they? Pretty please?

AH, guys..what a weekend! The reason for the 16 hours of driving (the swap meet) was nearly a bust, but the great fun and comraderie more than made up for it. Winslow's great white whale is an most enviable rolling party machine. Who the heck needs cupholders?? (I noticed not ONE in the whole rig!!) Drunken dabauchery at it's finest. I need a weekend like that with the boys about once a year to remind me if I was single and childless I'd probably be dead. I really enjoyed meeting some new folks, seeing some new sights, and tasting the new beers. My trophy from the swapmeet is a die cast (I was wrong when I told someone it was plastic) 924 GTS somewhere around 1:24 scale. It has a couple of scuffs on it, but it was only $10. I was offered more than 2x that before the weekend was out but I declined all offers.

Big thanks to all who came.

Chris, shoot me a PM how you got out of the work trip. As I hit my home bed around 9pm I was picturing you driving northbound, and I was hoping you were a little more awake than I was.
