Thanks for the info guys. Jeesh its amazing ,things that were free, like tv ,water, radio, we are now paying for. But I still refuse those oxygen bars were ever they are!

Wow this is an old thread, guess you must have installed by now. Added this one from my 996 in case anyone wants ideas for a 944 cab installation.

Hey Gina, if you want an invisible install put it above the cabin filter on the plastic cowl with some double sided tape. Its where the factory one goes, and I have put many aftermarket ones there also.

Burning Brakes
OK I guess mine XM antenna was installed very differently then everyone else's. Mine is actually on the dash! It's right next to the windshield in the center of the dash. Not very noticable for the most part. The stereo installers recommended it there because it would a) get great reception, b) be basically out of sight and c) I'd never have to worry about my paint.
