Default Hey Atlanta folks - Time for a drive!!

It's spring time, and I wanna get out and drive the car some! Some of us had talked during the last Alpharetta meeting about getting something organized.

I'd love to do another drive up Highway 9, then at least a little mountain driving. We could do the normal Highway 19 route, or any variation of. We could end with lunch on the square in Dahlonega.

So...any takers? What about dates?

Mike, sounds like a GREAT idea! I'd be up for it... The Nor. Georgia mountains are beautiful this time of year.. I'm also anxious to try out my new suspension, once I finish putting everything on

Pretty much any dates are good for me, except for May 6th (graduation here at tech).

I think he's referring to the double lanes that are banked oh-so-perfectly. The strip that's named "Mt. Campeck" is a little later

yes indeed.

its alittle slow for the NA since its an uphill stretch but then again everyone is in low gear at 5k+ and the engines are singing and the tires are squeeling and the red NA's are spinning out :X

i love it when everyone starts hitting the apexes and lanechanging since its two lane...but noone bothers to signal anymore. i tailed a yellow boxster the whole way up.

did anyone else get rocks hitting their sideview mirrors and then getting smacked in the face by them?

WHat is wrong with Auto Atlanta? Also, please give me the names of some good repair shops in North Atlanta.

Thanks,
Chris

Do a search for Auto Atlanta and you will uncover just exactly what is wrong with them.

I know of an excellent shop in Canton - that's where I take mine. Let me know if interested.
