Unhappy Car quits

Im having problems with my 87 944, While driving it it will just quit, sometimes it will start again and some times it wont. Other times i park it and come out to start it but it just wont start, cranks but no fuel. I have checked the fuel pressure and thats good. Also the car runs hotter than normal and I think its running lean. Any help with this issue would be great. Thank you

I would replace the dme relay. It is responsible for all kinds of "car dies" "car won't start" issues.

Mine would run fine for a time, but if parked for like 5 - 15 minutes it would not restart. I think the issue in my case was that the dme would just overheat at times and freak out.
