Ignition Cylinder Broke
Hey Guys,
Went to start the car up this morning, turned the key, it started to crank and then it felt as though the ignition cylinder snapped and the key rotated past the point where it stops for ignition. The car isn't cranking, but it is in a position where the radio works. Trying to remove the key, I pulled out the entire locking mechanism. Any suggestions on what I need to do to fix this? I had to run to school, so I didn't have a lot of time to look at it, but looks as though there was a small metal piece broken off the end of the locking cylinder. Any help would be greatly apprecaited.

I am still working on this problem. It looks as though the pin that locks the ignition cylinder to the car snapped. I removed the ignition cylinder and now I can't get it back in. The rectanular thing looks like it lines up, but I can't seem to get it all the way in to slide over the remainder of the stalk (male end) the ignition cylinder is the female end. Any ideas? I am getting desperate.
