Hey everyone It would be great to meet some fellow 44ers around town. My 951 is still in a state of restoration but I'd still like to meet up...

Hey Dan P. it's been too long. I was at the first two 944Fest's and had a blast... I'm trying to talk my cousin Rene from NJ into driving one of her 968's to the event

Heya Sharky! Yep, I remember you. I'm sure I've only had one North Ridgeville guy to a Fest. I'm in Avon now, back in town. I should be in for the GTG, I have a couple of items to fix first.

Looks like 2:00PM at Quaker Steak and Lube followed by a drive around wherever. Any of the rest of your crew up for it Dan?

I'm riding with Mike since my car will be down around then.

I need to paint the 16" phonedials I just bought from Joseph so I can roll on something other than the winter tires it is on now. But the biggest project is that I am dropping the entire rear end to replace the bushings with Elephant Racing parts and slightly increase the t-bar size. I plan to have it up on stands this week to get started. So even if I manage to finish by Saturday I'll still need an alignment.

Must be all these Akron roads. You know you really find out how bad they are when tring to do an IV on a patient as we are going code 3 (lights and siren) to Akron General! It is hard enough to stand or sit up right in the back let alone tring to bag a patient, start an IV, push drugs and then put in a tube down their throat to make them breath.

I thought you guys WERE my crew! No, not unless Skip shows up. I'd like to cruise over to his house and check out his project.

Yeah, but now I'll have new tires, so it will be even more important to finally get it done.

Wow, totally understand that. I really hope it isn't anything serious. We'll eat some wings for you if you can't make it. Best regards to your wife.
