passenger side, the pictures show the surface rust...this is very minor and should not cost much to fix at all(again i had an extimate of less than 400 with the fender i replaced being repaired)

In the three years it was available only 1929 S2's were available in the US. So, yes, this car is a really nice price. I'd buy it if it wasn't so damned far away.

Nick, I'm sorry about your troubles, but I've noticed that it's very difficult to sell these cars on short notice -- there's simply not that much demand and you have to spend a good amount of time reaching out to enthusiasts. Do you have any other option for raising funds?

i am also selling 968 mo30 shocks and struts, like new koni sports for late 944/968, rear konis, welt 200 lb springs, and a complete set of like new late edition(grey binder) factory 944 manuals
