Question Rear wheel studs removal - help needed.

Ok, how do I remove rear wheel studs? I'm trying to put longer ones. I can't take off that plate that holds them. Any ideas anyone??

Press it out or if you have the right C clamp, you may be able to push them back out.

Some one has to have changed wheel studs before.
I have never done it so I can't say what it takes.

My experience has it limits.

I have - put some monster studs on the back of the racecar for all the spacers. I was not able to remove the old studs without removing the hub, as I recall... but yeah, after removing the hub nut, it should more or less come right off. Maybe some corrosion/sticktion holding it on?

You could try putting the wheel back on and yanking on the wheel?
