Default 944 turn signals

I'm putting on a front bumper and am to the turn signals.

They aren't working and when I try to use them the back ones blink twice as fast.

Does this mean a fuse is blown? Or?

What is the proper way to re-connect the wires (blue/brown - 1 & 2)?

Could be the fuse or a bad bulb. Usually the fast blinking means a burnt out bulb. It should not make any differance to the wire hook up to the turn signal, voltage just goes thru bulb to ground.
