I'm putting on a front bumper and am to the turn signals.
They aren't working and when I try to use them the back ones blink twice as fast.
Does this mean a fuse is blown? Or?
What is the proper way to re-connect the wires (blue/brown - 1 & 2)?

Could be the fuse or a bad bulb. Usually the fast blinking means a burnt out bulb. It should not make any differance to the wire hook up to the turn signal, voltage just goes thru bulb to ground.

I dont have the front drivers lights hooked up yet or the fog lights hooked up, maybe thats it... it does it even if the lights arent hooked up so how can it bad a burned out light?
