Yikes Anthony!
You added a Cayenne Turbo to the stable?! Are you going to autocross that this season too?? You should!
If you purchase an S2 and bump it up into the improved class, we can battle all season long. That would be nice because I hate winning in my class precisely because there's nobody else in my class.
I'm not sure if you remember my tall friend Scott. I FINALLY convinced him to purchase his first Porsche (924S). We've been preparing the car for the AutoX season. He's actually looking for an S2 now, so if you pass on the one tommorow, he might be interested.
See you tommorow!

It sucks that I dont have enough parking at my house so I have to store the 911 at my friends garage in South Jersey.
I'm on the lookout for a garage in Bergen county.

one of my buddies is selling his house a few towns over. he wants out quick and as soon as i get an offer/contact I will work a deal with him.
while it is nice that he put about 100k into the house in the last two years his garage was converted into a den. Of course I got the satellite photo from the countys records on line and drew a line for the setbacks and drew what would be a 25'x25' square that fits within the setbacks.
guess thats why in the third paragraph i said I will work a deal with him. A man has to have his priorities.
BTW, anyone know what the normal dimensions are of a two car garage?

Raj and I bailed as well; he's doing some rewiring after removing the two alarms systems and didn't finish up fettling the new race car we wanted to bring. And the roads here have been sorta wet today, so the cab is staying in the garage.

Yeah I missed out too... I picked up an alternator and put it in, but during the installation I ripped the rubber boot between the turbo and the afm. Next time I guess...

It was a good time with a fairly large turnout. If we had anymore people space might have been an issue..and i might of had to straigten my car out so i wasnt taking up a spot and a half..
Unfortunetley i didnt take pictures until we finished eating, by then everyone was starting to leave.
And one on the GW on my way back..
Some interesting facts about the meet...four cars had C2 5-spokes from the 968, only one of those cars was actually a 968. There were two S2's in attendence, and it would have been three if Z-Man had his. Three 968's showed up, suprisingly only one 944 Turbo showed up..plus two 944's, a 924S...928 and only one air cooler!
