Fuel rail shoudl be here tomorrow so will put it all back together and give it a try. Had injectors cleaned and replaceing fuel pressure regulator and damper. Maybe i'll get lucky. then will check fuel pressure and for pulse with all connected.

As for your DME circuit board, all the interesting components (i.e. the ones that might fry) are on the other side of that board. I haven't had mine disassembled, so I don't really know if you can take it apart a little more and inspect the component side. Might be worth a look if it's still apart.
