Default Blowing running light fuses, any ideas?

I keep blowing the fuse for the running lights (side markers and lights that are lite when the headlights are on, to the passenger side ONLY. It seems to happen only when i turn the headlights on with the engine off, but I could be wrong about that. I'l like to figure this out, any ideas or simular experiences?

Loose globe. Old lamps can have the glass globes come loose of the epoxy used to hold them in the base. These can be twisted and the wires between the globe and the base can short out.
