Default stiff gas pedal

i noticed that the gas pedal is stiff on my 84 944. is everyone's like this? my wifes 92 4runner's gas pedal is stiff as well, but not this stiff!! is there anything i can do?

manual. is it seriously just in need of some lube? if so, where? it kinda sucks. the gas pedal in my 86 mr2, smooth and as easy as could be.

ya, my guess would be to lube up the arms/bolts connected to the gas pedal. then to make sure there aren't any kinks in the throttle cable. then take off throttle cam and lube that up. that would be my guess though, wait for some1 more knowledgable about this to say something! haha
