anyone had this problem?
picked this up from napa cause they actually had it in stock and it has two male fittings instead of a female in the back
I can remove the new one's male fitting and use the old one's female one but should I?
is there anything I should seal it with? tq specs?
thanks!
Oh yeah, I bought a 968 fuel filter but it was too small for what it was replacing (so I'm assuming it's the old 924s' filter)
any danger feeding the 968 engine with this (924s) filter?

I've swapped fittings on a bunch of filters. It it's the right body, then you'll be fine.
Torque specs? Don't go crazy. Maybe 15ft lbs to start. You can always tighten them later.

yeah I figured it out. the napa one had smaller fittings and so I ended up using the 968 filter (which I would rather use anyway) with the old fittings (for some reason that one came with two male fittings too)
