Hey Folks,

Please excuse the dumb question, but is there much to remving the rear wiper? It looks like you just have to remove the nut on the wiper arm to get the wiper arm off. Is the collar underneath threaded, or is the whole thing held onto the glass with that one nut? Figured I'd ask first before braking the hatch glass.

the one nut comes off, and the wiper arm comes off. Unbolt the motor from the hatch with the two screws in back, and the motor should fall through the glass. Easy as that, takes 5-10 minutes.

 

Thanks! Figured it was simple, but I did not want to risk breaking the glass as I was not sure. I do not see much use for the wiper anyway.....?
