Default Transmission ID Needed

I have several 944 and 924 gearboxes and I'm looking to ID the last one. When acquired it was represented to be a 1988 924S non-limited slip. The code numbers on top of the bell housing are 5S13057. Can anyone ID this gearbox for me?

Thanks,

Looks to be an 85.5-87 5-speed non-limited slip.

Good deal.............Any idea how to find out if it was a 924S or 944? The 924S had the better 5th gear.

944 had the '5S' identification code. 924S had tranny #s starting with 'QK' or '7Q' (with option M220, 40% locking).
