Default Flushing the Power Steering

What is the best method of flushing all of the power steering lines and stuff clean for when you rebuild your power sterring assembly? Is there something like seafoam or what no i can run through all the lines? Or should i just go ahead and replace all the lines? They seem rather costly. Also its an 84 so early car if that makes any difference?

Well I just hung them over the lip of a trash can and let them drain, then sprayed some carb cleaner through them and blasted them dry with compressed air. A new resevoir is probably a good idea at around $24 or buy a good used one on ebay for $20...

OK I was just kidding about the ebay thing...;] bruce
