Cylinder Head Gasket oil leak?

Just a thought: if the head gasket is leaking "outward", could it also be leaking "inward?" You really don't want any fluid mixing. If oil is coming out, coolant/water could be leaking in toward the pistons. :-o.
Bight the bullet. Pull the head, do the top end ... and drive it for another 20 years.
