PS Pulley question

PS Pulley question
If the Crankshaft bolt (the big 24 mm bolt that holds on the PS pulley, alt pulley ect.) is torqued completely, should the bell shaped PS pulley move around at all? My PS belt was a bit loose and I thought it was because the Crankshaft bolt was a bit loose allowing the PS pulley to move. I installed the flywheel lock and it seems as though the crankshaft bolt is torqued properly, can this pulley move around a bit if the PS belt is too loose? Thanks

No, there shouldn't be any wiggle room.
What might have happened is that the huge washer behind the PS pulley was installed backwards. IIRC, it should be installed wide side towards the engine (ie so that the pulley stays out as much as possible). The engine will run like that, but you'll endup destroying the PS pulley. Well, at least that's what I did once...

Joe, thanks for your response, I did end up putting the washer on backwards, I forgot how it went and I assumed the small side went towards the engine. After taking it off and flipping it there is no wiggle room. Thanks for the tip!
