Default 86 944 N/a Balance shaft belt problem

So before i put my car in the shop i needed 2 motor mounts and headers so it ran really ruff. I just got it back from the shop and when im idling it sounds the same but when im taking off the car sounds different inside but outside it still sounds the same. the shifter shakes alittle bit more than normal and when i get up to about 3k+ on RPMS the car feels like its running really hard in the shifter and my gas pedal, i was wondering if anyone could tell me if the balance shaft belt could be off or anything else that they can think of that is not quite right. No other work except the Mounts and headers were changed.

If it gets rough around 3k it's probably the balance belt that is off some teeth or more. It's not catastrophic, just uncomfortable.
