Riken is a Japanese manufacturer of wheels fairly popular in the 80s and mesh is the style. I used to have a set on my nissan 200sx back in 87.

ya those are almost like the ones im talkin bout... i wanted to know if the phone dial center caps fit on those

I don't think there would be anyway of fitting the phone dial center caps to the wheels.
