well, probably picking up a 944 with a buddy tomorrow, and we have quite the drive, in the event that something goes wrong and i can somewhat tell if its fixable on the spot, or nearby... any listers be in the near vacinity? this is the route we are taking -


most likely we will be fine, i did nearly the same trek when i got my car a year ago with no problems, but its a just in case sort of thing. we are leaving early in morning, 5AM-ish my friend has to be at work by 4pm so we are making quite the haul with a bit of faith we'll see how it goes, and ill be sure to get him on the list after he settles in

either way, if you might be along the route somewhere, you could pm me your cell number or something so i have some emergency contacts

Wizkid...where at in Akron is the one he's picking up? I've seen two gold ones on the east side that look pretty rough, both gold colors. While I'm really close...I don't know much about 944's so I couldn't help if it was nessicary. Manning is from Akron too on the west side.

made it back ok, it was at some used dealer joint. so my buddy paid a lil much. but a lil tlc and it will be in good shape. has an oil leak from the cam housing pretty bad, so thats on the to-do list with the belts. had to stop halfway and add some oil to it. drippin all over the manifolds, haha.
