F.S. Engine and Trans for sale, 84 944 115K miles.
Just thought someone might be looking for and engine/trans.
These came out of a running/driving car, 84 944 with 115K on it. I tested the comp. at 175/174 across 4 cyl. when i put the car away for 2 years.
Basically i only bought that particular car because the drivetrain was solid.
ENGINE- $500
TRANSMISSION-$300
I'll be out in Canada for a week but will have access to int. so LMK if you want more pics.
Thanks
Vlad

I use Purolator Pure 1 filters any time I can find them. Nothing special about the Mahle anymore, not even made by them for the last 2 years. The Pure 1 filters are one of the best out there according to the oil filter gurus who bother to cut them up and test. That one looks like a cheaper Purolator unit.
