I agree - you're going to have the gaps of fiberglass parts, and you'll have to look at a 944 with bulging nostrils... that panel sticks up way farther than you think it does. The photochop doesn't accent that HUGE bulge in the panel.

My wife looked at that panel on a black car and said she wouldn't ride with me if I got one...it's a tempting thought but it reminds me of 'Piglet' in the Pooh books. I like the cut holes of a stock panel personally...that hump don't do it for me at all.

That is the actual picture off their website...just painted to match
So I guess from that angle the big buldge does not assault you.

But for those who want to see the buldge...

Don't install that header panel unless you are using their big intercooler. It just doesn't look right. Besides, I bet it acts like an airbrake.

Can somebody photoshop my avatar from grey to indian red? I found it on the dp motorsports site from a link on another thread. I'm not sure how to copy links over. Thanks.

Looks nice on a race car...but it interrupts the smooth lines on a street car IMHO.

Tigershark,
It's kinda hard to change silver to a non-metallic color like guards/india red, but here you go.

OK, so how does it look? Comments? The 951 I'm looking at now is a 1986 India Red (AKA Guards Red) over black. I'm looking to add the AIR splitter and side skirts, and contemplating the AIR vented nose panel. 968 Mirrors seem awefully expensive, but they do look nice.
