Default differences between cup suspensions

What are the different combinations with the suspensions, escort cup, Canadian, firehawk. is there a preferred model/components used on club race cars. Are builders using koni or ledas insead of the bilstein units?

The problem with firehawks and escort cups is the lack of damper adjustability. This is where the ledas and koni 28 series excel.

Whether you need adjustability mainly depends on your skill level/urge to tinker. You can get the bilstein shocks revalved however you like - once you have a good set-up you don't really need to change it. That is, unless you're a serious club racer and visit many tracks.
