Yep, hi and low beams. Started with just the low but now it's both.
The wires did a nasty switch-back kind of thing while wire-tied to the headlight stop arm, not sure if it was stock but both sides are like this.
Meter readings were all over the place, go figure. Time to get the H4's back online.
I know, the motor relay cover is slightly permiable...but she's a garage queen.

Kevin,
I fixed mine using liquid electrical tape... it takes time and patience to apply coats and let them dry, and making sure that you get enough thickness around the entire circumfrence of the wires.
The liquid tape is flexible when dry... I even used it on the headlight motor rubber cover.

Fix completed. The ground and low beam had plenty of broken strands for the soldering gun to fix that but the damn heat shrink I get from the local military surplus takes an oil well fire to shrink it.
I'll keep an eye out for the liquid tape, sounds pretty damn handy. My motor cover is WELL past that point!
BTW, SD had a short rain early this morning so everything is nice and clean and just a few lazy clouds overhead with the temp sitting at 78. Perfect for December...
