Dec 3rd AM meet for NOVA, MD PA and DC 944/951 owners?
I have been looking at the weather trying to see if a Dec meet will work and it looks like it may.
Sat Dec 3rd looks to be OK. Once again tempting fate I know. Possible snow and or rain and cold in the evening. Anyone up for a NoVa meet again? My 87 is back on the road w/out a fuel leak and ready to go she's pretty clean too. We have a total of more than 75 local owners and a place to park. How about a photo? I am hoping to have some new goodies by then and it's likely that they will not be painted by then so I may just hold off on mounting. I guess I'll have to figure that out.
Blue S2, 944Alexis, Bluedog944, Ezra944 you closer folk up for a GTG? Anyone? Anyone? We had some like JG that drove from the Norfolk/Hampton area to show. Once again this will be the first Sat of the month.
I have to say that my meeting point wasn't the best as they were not open good thing the coffee shop was, the restarant parking lot is gone and the ramps around the Wilson Bridge have ALL changed but the park I think is a perfect setting and it has several parking lots for pics. As long as we don't park in the field across from the park/ranger station I think that we would be fine. LOL

Dang it! Can't do it this weekend, unless you all want to come by the NoVA Campus parking lot to point and laugh as I take the Motorcycle Riders Certification class! Otherwise I'd be there. I will make it once of these days. I can scout out spots around Leesburg-Sterling area if we want to GTG out this way.

I can only do it if I am out by noon. I have work tomorrow. And its sooooooo freakin' cold!!!!! I'm almost ready to pack my 944 up for the winter! I'de love to get one last drive in...but then i would have to wash it too! HAHA, im waiting for that freak day where its gonna be 70 degrees!

Anywho, I'll have to list myself as a maybe. It's going to be a late night tonight and I was planning on mounting the Miata's spoiler tomorrow. Keep me posted and we'll play it by ear.
Of course, if anyone wants to help with the spoiler (or, more importantly, "sit around and drink beer") let me know.

Well, I can't make it this time. Things have gotten really hectic this month. I hope we can do something in JAN. I really don't want to take my 951 out until I get my new stuff installed, and my S needs new tires. So maybe next month.

As for people going it didn't seem like there was much interest this month. Jan 7th is the first sat of next month. Wanna shoot for that weekend in keeping with the first sat of each month?

make sure we have at least an indoor venue or someplace where we can get heat - people won't hang around long if it's witchtit cold out
i may also be doing a complete suspension upgrade with QA1 coilovers in the rear, bilstein hd or koni sport fronts and new springs all around...also get the roll cage installed and belts and fire system
