Headlights up, that car was moving at the time.

Same car as mine, it's kind of sad in a way.
edit: no paint transfer, my guess is that it slid into a tree or barrier.

Yup. And by the angle of the impact front to back = motion.

No where is that "who" song

Nothing on that car worth having, I seriously doubt you could even get the doors open. It is probably worth about 50 bucks in scrap.

What? The transmission isn't worth anything?! i could sell a door handle for almost the auction price, no? nevermind that the engine is probably still there,, i could sell the head, steering wheel , gauges, switches, rear wheels, rear lgihts, bumper pads, do i need ot continue?

I got this one.. which had no transmission in it, and a lot of the interior stripped, and took the engine out for my car and have made around 900-1000 off of random parts..

That thing is trashed. I seriously doubt that the engine survived and you will spend DAYS cutting it out of there because it isnt going to just unbolt (and who would buy it if they saw that picture?). You have no idea what condition the trans was in before the accident, nevermind if it did damage to it (he might have missed a shift causing it to happen).

The reserve isnt met (who knows what it is), aside from the hatch, the hatch carpet and the tailights (provided they arent broken since you cant see from the picture), maybe a door panel and door handle there is not much on that car worth salvaging.

The car you posted is in INFINETLY better shape than this one, it looks like it might have been a nice (though repainted) car before.

i still disagree. Switches, steering wheel, interior trim, gauges, brake parts, radio, sunroof motor, if it has a rear wiper motor, the head and such on the engine will most liekly be fine. Transmission will be sold on ebay.. not that I'm a scam artist.. but i will check that the shafts turn wihtout noise and such, but it's ebay.

if i get it for 75 bucks.. i have my own trailer.. 95 acres of land to store it on.. why not?

besides, im in college and to me if i make 300 off the car with jsut a few parts, and then have it carted to a junkyard (for free), it's worth it to me.

keep in mind, my other parts car, i sold NO body panels, i used the engine, AND THE WHOLE INTERIOR, and a few switches in my car.. and I still made 900+... There is nothing different about that car compared to my previous parts car.. the damage does not appear to have affected anything that i sold off of the other car.

Granted, it is a 924S, not a 944, and early interior parts are probably not wroth as much as late... but I think ic ould salvage enough easy stuff from it.

I bet the engine is possibly fine... the body isn't crushed into the engine compartment it appears, only the wheel well. I bet if you unbolt the top bolts on the engine mounts itll lift out.

we'll see.. besides, someone will probably outbid me in the last second.

Might be for teh better, it's sucha crappy time of year to take parts off.

A 924S that's identical to mine... you might have a buyer for some random stuff there.
