I've scoured the planet for this a replacement for this guy and nobody seems to have one. I've checked the major sources like Mouser and Digi-Key along with some local sources without any luck.
Does anyone know where I can find this? Based upon the markings its a 2k Ohm thermistor.

It is the same thing only the one in your picture has insulated wire soldered to it with contacts on the ends. You can do this very easily with the Jameco thermistor.
