Default One question about lowering the rear

Just curious, does lowering the rear with the trailing arm trick require a wheel alighment afterwards? I have been holding off doing this because i dont have the right tools for it, just made friends with a kid that has a shop about 2-minutes from my house, he told me get an idea on how to do it and we can do it at his place.

I will be dropping the rear as far as it will allow, my front is about 1-inch lower than the rear when measuring from the fender to wheel center.

Make that two questions, what are the torque specs for the two rear bolts you need to loosen?

Oh, there just about 800lbs!! Nah, they are on tight. I had to take mine to a shop with a lift and they had to use a breaker bar. It took them about 30 min to adjust the bolts and lowerd the rear .5 inch. I instaled 200# springs up front which lowerd it 1.5 inches. The back could stand to come down a little more, but the .5 inch sure helps!
