We have only a few track spots left. People need to jump on this if they are at all interested. No time to waste. You snooze, you loose. Early bird gets the worm... etc., etc., ...

It will cost you $569 to do a track day out there with one of the Porsche dealerships in the area!! YOU GET ON THE TRACK FOR 75 BONES!!

Jump on it.

So whatever, they have Hurley Haywood. We have travis from rennbay! That and this will be my first "actual" track day after a failed attempt in may with the 930 in almost an entire year. Sad.

You know what.... This is the first track session born from Rennlist. Who knows what the future may hold.. maybe a Rennlist AutoX??? Maybe next years event at Sebring???

So if any of you guys can come, you should. If there is enough interest in events like this who knows what we will do next year (or sooner). Go to www.rennstock.com and take a look if you haven't already. Come out and hang with all the other SE Porsche guys!!!

Travis and I just went out to the track here in Gainesville. All I can say is it is going to be a bunch of fun. Travis will be posting video from the track some time on Monday since he doesn't have have speed internet at his ranch. So, for those of you signed up for the track, we are going to have a ton of fun.

Travis is currently working on the course layout and the staging of various run groups. It will be very well organized and I can guarantee that all the Rennstock participants are going to have a blast.

I am looking forward to meeting all of you and your respective machines. I'll have my 951 and there is word through the "vine" that there are going to be some pretty sick rides coming out for the day.

Mine broke just thinking about it... typical fuel line failure over the exhaust manifold. Ordered the Lindsey Racing replacements...

I am very happy with my lindsey replacement fuel lines. Have fun cutting the lines ;-). Also, I almost learned the hard way, measure twice, cut once if you know what I mean. But, you already knew that.

Oh yeah, definitely! How wickedly I would be pissed if I cut the line too short for the hookup. Good grief.

Any sage advice?

Well first wickedly pissed would probably be like super angry. We want to avoid that. I would say cut it to leave extra line rather than cutting it to have the lines be taught. You should use two sets of hands and you will need a pipe cutter if you didn't get one from them. The small pipe cutters might be hard to find locally. I lucked out and somebody already had one. The lines can fold over one another kinda-sorta. That is what I did. I can take a picture of how mine look with my camera phone in the daylight if you would like.

If I had screwed that up I don't know what would have happened. But since it took 3 months to get the car back together I probably would have punched myself in the face.
