I've seen too many non-Porsche OEM wheel failures. Go with Porsche brand wheels and you'll be better off.
I had to get rid of my set of of OEM 951 fuchs because they CRACKED straight across 2 spokes. Don't get me wrong, they are good wheels - but don't think OEM wheels are invulnerable. They can and will fail just like aftermarket ones, if pushed beyond thier limits.

FWIW, Fuchs and the other forged Porsche wheels (ClubSports and SewerLids) are strong but BRITTLE wheels, in comparison to Cast wheels, which in my experience, BEND before they crack.

Rich, you're not the first to break a set of fuchs. Fatigue cracking is becoming more and more common with OEM fuchs and their value is actually starting to go down.

The web site excludes the 86 Turbo so they are for the NA only.

True - all wheels, including Porsche wheels can crack, bend, break. I've just seen more non-Porsche wheels develop cracks and break than I've seen Porsche wheels.

BTW: if you use the wrong type of lug nuts on a wheel, that can cause the wheel to be damaged and cracked.
