Default Leaking oil

Now the car is leaking oil from the engine compartment, and still won' start. I hate to even go there, but I think the buyer may have put one over on me.

Focus on the no start situation first, work from there.

That was coming from the passenger side right? Check around your oil filter housing to see if its leaking, or perhaps the oil filter isnt tightened all the way. Thats about the only thing i can think of leaking from the passenger side.

Maybe your oil pan drain plug is tightened either.
