The top bolts on our struts adjust camber also.

The strut is held onto the spindle by two bolts/nuts. The bottom one is fixed and standard, the top one is an eccentric with an offset washer configuration. When the top one is rotated, the washer edge rubs against the strut housing on the raised section and causes the strut to change it's position relative to camber setting, generally within the range of +/- 2.5ish degrees.

That stuff on ebay isn't anything better than the stock bolts/nuts.

One problem with the stock struts are too much camber causes the spindle to hit lower part of the strut tube.

also -2.5 deg is plenty for street use. Even with my camber plates on my race car I only run -3.5 deg.
