I am completely floored. It took how many shipping tries according to Jake with UPS. And what does he do? Sends it via UPS yet again? I dont get it. And Jake, working two jobs, you should have had the cash to refund Sam for the item long ago. I understand the pressures of being a student, as I am one myself, but that is no excuse for this in the least bit.

And calling Magown an a$$hole? Wow. You should be ashamed of yourself. You are the one at fault in all of this. Show you have some ball$ and stand up, take the blame, and apologize. I have done business with you on two seperate occasions, but I can see it will never happen again.

EDIT: Colorful PM received from Jake. hmm...

Jake, great job showing everyone how to act like a baby. I can't believe you cited Ice Sharks death as one of your lame excuses that's pretty sick. While you are still at college, you might want to try taking a PR class, that stands for public relations.

Jake, I am a completely unbiased observer. I know no one involved in this thread in any way and never had a single dealing with any of them. To my recollection, I've never even really discussed anything with them on this board. And if it matters at all, which it probably doesn't, I think you have taken a pretty bad attitude about all this. 6 months to get any package to anyone is nothing but excuses. Especially when such a lack of communication is involved. And the thing that really has scared me away from ever doing business with you is that you have been so arrogant about it. You never really offered a real apology, just more excuses and attitude. I'm sure you're just going to be pissed with me, but I am not just piling on. I really think you ought to take a deep breath, step back and write a sincere apology and accept responsisbilty for screwing up. Granted, there may have been some circumstances that made the situation difficult, but that is business. No matter how you slice it, there are always things making life difficult.

Don't be irritated at my GIFs. Be irritated you still have Jeff Bowden coordinating your offense to a 7-5 season.

streckfu, regarding the boys in blue knocking at my door, i don't really mind. i can provide two separate receipts for previous shipments to him which have been returned. i can also provide logs of dealings i have had with ups. there isn't anything to incriminate me. anyway, moving on....
Obviously something needed to motivate you. It wouldn't have taken 6 months for me to report fraud.

There is saying that a person's true character comes out when the going gets tough. It is easy to be friendly and kind when everything is going well.

Aren't nasty PMs against the Rennlist user agreement?

Somehow this seems appropriate.
